OUR APPROACH

Start with the evidence. Build from there.

We turn commuting data into a practical Transportation Demand Management plan: understand how people travel, identify useful changes, and review the results. Employers and school communities have separate programme, funding and reporting pathways.

What to consider

01

Understand the journey

Review travel surveys, site access, parking pressures and the choices people can realistically use.

02

Choose and test an action

For a workplace, this could mean a carpool initiative, transit benefit or another commute reduction measure. Agree the scope and responsibilities before a pilot.

03

Review what changed

Compare participation and travel patterns with the starting point. Document coverage and assumptions, then decide whether to continue, change or expand the programme.

EZFLOW CLIMATE LAB

One system. Two connected lanes.

Transportation Demand Management (TDM) gives people practical choices about how and when they travel. We apply it through employer commuter programmes and a separate nonprofit pathway for schools and families.

THE SCHOOL LANE / ZERO EMISSIONS NETWORK

Community benefit, with a clear home.

Zero Emissions Network (ZEN) is the nonprofit associated with the Schools & Community lane. It provides the community-benefit programme, governance and funding pathway. EzFlow Climate Lab provides the mobility infrastructure and implementation support.

School expressions of interest help bring together sponsors, philanthropists, councils and grant funding. Programme participation and funding are developed together.

Sponsors receive aggregate programme evidence. Community outcomes remain separate from a sponsor’s own workforce emissions inventory.

Commercial & reporting lane

The workplace & corporate pathway

Understand today’s commute, choose a practical change, then measure what happens. Start with the free assessment and agree the scope of any further work.

01

Free assessment

Use the Workforce Mobility Decision Studio to review your commuting information, site pressures and priorities. Receive a Decision Brief to guide the next conversation.

02

Baseline & Readiness

Establish how employees travel, which sites and people the data covers, and where parking, access or reporting needs attention.

03

Governed Intervention Pilot

Test an agreed change, such as carpool participation or a transit incentive, with clear responsibilities, measures and a review date.

04

Annual Evidence Core

Review participation, travel patterns and reporting evidence over time. Use the findings to improve or expand the commuter programme where justified.
